Order and Payment Process Details

1.) 请确定您喜爱的盆景

2.) 请把盆景的编号发送去 013 -533 4311 (Whatsapp) 或 Wechat：a11491cn

如：系鱼川 001，RM 1,600

Please Send the Bonsai Code to 013 -533 4311 (Whatsapp) or Wechat：a11491cn

Example: Itoigawa Shimpaku 001，RM 1,600

3.) 请您在七天之内汇款进：

 Public Bank Account: 3205020424 (ACN Ideal Enterprise)

在还没收到您的汇款前, 我们将会为您预留盆景为期七天(从您下单的第一天算起)

Please make a full payment within 7 days to Public Bank Account: 3205020424 (ACN Ideal Enterprise)

We will reserve your selected Bonsai for 7 days before receive a full payment from customer. ( based on the purchase order date)

 

4.) 付款后，请附上您的名字和汇款收据发送去 013 -533 4311 (Whatsapp) 或 Wechat：a11491cn

After make payment, please write your name on the bank in slip and send to 013 -533 4311 (Whatsapp) or Wechat：a11491cn

5.) 当收到您的汇款后，将会发送收据给您

 After receive your bank in slip, we will send a receipt of payment to customer.

​

6.) 请您在十四天内带上您的收据莅临我们位于麻玻的“UA Bonsai Art 相玉园盆景”领取您的盆景，盆景一旦确定后，恕不能更换。

Please bring along your payment receipt to "UA Bonsai Art" at Muar to collect your Bonsai within 14 days. Once confirmed, goods are not returnable or refundable.

​7.) 如果您是委托他人帮您领取盆景，即使对方有收据，我们也会先致电与您确实。

If buyer had appointed other party to collect the Bonsai on behalf with the valid document, we do give a phone call to buyer before we proceed.
